College 2013 Sketch Dump 1

Aha, here we go! I think I've gathered enough to show you all. Some of these might have been before school, but they're being put up here. ^^

Okay let's see...first we have Pina from SAO. A quick little lineless doodle I did to play around with fluffiness. Then a design that I was going to use, but was reminded I don't really need another character. X3 So instead she'll be on hold for now. I enjoy her little pigtails. >w< Then we have TLK-style Litleo and Pyroar. Anddd...Solardash's new line design. Someday I'll draw her in photoshop again. X3'

Val, Jazlyn, and Warrun make an appearance before a whole bunch of Silica (and a Kirito). Discord found his way in there! You'll see him in a special project later on when I finish it all. owo

Some dancing cats, a highly off model Fidget from Dust: An Elysian Tail, Oa Hu (Hula dancing Kaitlyn Hu from Precocious), Minka Mark's head...

Ah, Sol the Flygon's color reference! She's such a cutie. <33 I did this for to color from for my commission from her. >w<

And then finally to the new portion of sketch dumps: 3D models made in Maya! These are the current models I have made in my Intro to 3D Modelling class. As you can see...I don't really know how to model. XD Granted these are just the basics, of course. ^^ The first gear thingy was when I was playing with the Extrude tool before any instruction. The next was a stack of boxes (I added a ball at the end). Then various pins (the angular one didn't work for some reason). Then, lately, we've begun to make cups and mugs with handles! Kinda difficult. ^^' Also the golf ball/tee was a fun side project. XD And lastly, what I did today in fact, I...modeled a cat! Okay, so it's far from perfect. Just a bunch of individual objects placed together honestly. XDD There is a ton wrong with it, but I was experimenting with making things out of the typical cylinder. Oh and also a mug, pin (inside the mug) and some boxes as well. XD
