Warrun's Lament

"I'm still not sold on the war idea. At first I was full frontal Alliance because, from what I've heard, a cat should always listen to their leader. If they say to defend the Tribe, a cat should do it. And why would the Spirits send a message to the Water-Tribe leader telling her the Golden Butterfly would return? Although, the arguments my mother has make...sense...and now I'm not so sure. With the death of my best friend...why would the Alliance truly go into attacking and killing other cats? As far as I know, Belial was innocent...-sigh- Anyways...when we were ordered to go to Fire Tribe to raid the area and destroy it...I...I couldn't bring myself to do so. I mean...it's my birth tribe. I just...couldn't do it...I ended up hiding in some trees, and made a mess of them. I don't know if anyone found out that I wasn't fully attacking the territory...and in the end I did snatch a squirrel to bring back to Air Tribe. While I was up in those trees, though, I found a robin's nest. Three tiny blue eggs were in there peacefully. Something told me that I should smash one to the ground and destroy the nest. I didn't do it though. They hadn't hatched yet, and...they were so defenseless. Like our Tribes. What's going to happen? Is the Golden Butterfly really going to appear? Is all this fighting worth it?

This was Warrun's old app pictures before the new design for the sheet came out. So, instead of getting rid of this animation, I tweaked it and decided to use it as the war assignment. Hope you enjoy. ^-^
